What you choose to share

A conversation export, the participant you identify as, context and questions you enter, and your email address. Upload only conversations you are allowed to share. Miles is intended for adults, and for two-person dating and relationship conversations. Do not upload unnecessary identifying, financial, health or other sensitive details.

How a report is made

When personal reports are enabled, the text you submit is processed by OpenAI through its API to create the analysis. We request that API responses are not stored as retrievable responses. That setting does not mean the provider has zero retention; its own processing and retention terms also apply. Missing media is not reconstructed. Your conversation is not published as an example.

Private access and storage

Conversation and report content are encrypted in the application's database on our DigitalOcean server. A secure browser session controls access. If email delivery is enabled, a signed access link allows you to reopen your report. Treat that link as private.

Retention and deletion

The original message text is scheduled for removal after seven days. Quotes that appear in a report remain with that report, which expires after 90 days. Your report includes a deletion control that removes your conversation and report from the active application database. Minimal purchase records may be retained for accounting. Deleted content may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire; deletion is not an instant erasure from all backups.

Payments and email

Card details are entered on SUMIT's hosted payment page. We do not collect or store your card number. SUMIT receives the customer details and purchase information needed to process payment and issue the relevant document. Email delivery, when enabled, uses Resend. Delivery messages contain a private access link, not intimate details from your conversation. Optional marketing requires a separate choice.

Measurement

Essential cookies maintain your session. Optional analytics and advertising cookies on public pages are enabled only if you allow them and those services are configured. We do not place advertising pixels or session replay on the upload or report screens. We do not send conversation text, questions, personal report titles or access tokens to analytics or advertising tools.

Use the deletion control in your report, or contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion requests. Please do not send your conversation in an email unless we specifically need it to investigate a problem.
